Organising all necessary safety checks, eg furniture and furnishings, gas
safety, electrical equipment, etc.

Serving of any notices on the tenant as required, with
copies provided to you.

Dealing With the Deposit Return
Liaising with the Deposit Protection Service at the end of the tenancy regarding any deductions for damage and/or excessive wear and tear.
